New resources available for Wyoming exporters

Wyoming companies interested in exporting have new resources available thanks to a $158,000 federal grant recently awarded to the state’s economic development agency. 

The Wyoming Business Council will use the U.S. Small Business Administration’s State Trade and Expansion Program(STEP) grant to educate and train firms new to exporting, assist experienced exporters in expanding their markets and increase foreign direct investment in the state.

This is the fifth year of the federal program, and Wyoming’s largest award to date.
