UPDATE! Invitation to Bid

UPDATE: The printed bid documents for the Park Project will be available from the Town at city hall during business hours.

The Town of Upton will accept bids for all labor, material, equipment and services required for the Town of Upton City Park Improvements Project located at HWY 116, Upton, WY until February 24, 2017 at 2:00 PM MDT.  Bids shall be submitted and marked “sealed” in an envelope labeled “Town of Upton – City Park Improvements” and addressed to the Town of Upton.  Bids shall be hand- delivered or shipped to Upton City Hall, 725 2nd Street, Upton, WY 82730 and received no later than the date and time above by Kelley Millar, Deputy Clerk.

A mandatory PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held February 14, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Upton Community Center located at 917 Ash St, Upton, WY 82730.

Drawings, Specifications and Bid Forms are available after Friday February 10th, 2017 at the office of the Architect:  Arete Design Group, 45 East Loucks Street, Suite 301, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801; Phone: 307.672.8270.

Bidders will be required to include a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid, payable to The Town of Upton in accordance with the Instructions to bidders.

The successful bidder shall furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the original contract price as originally bid or subsequently modified.

The Town of Upton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding.
