Property Listing Platform works to Promote Businesses for Sale

The Upton Economic Development Board has a property listing platform on www.uedb.org for Upton area properties for sale.  The types of properties listed include, commercial (retail, office, hospitality), industrial, mixed-use, and residential development areas. Listings are published at no cost to property owners. They are visible to real estate professionals, businesses, investors and developers throughout the United States.

Postings include property descriptions, location, land acreage, building square footage, business uses, price, details about utilities, transportation access, and contact information. Opportunities for business expansion, or development of new revenue streams may also be provided.
