UPTON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BOARD FUNDS PRESCHOOL SCHOLARSHIPS

The Upton Economic Development Board is pleased to announce that they are sponsoring five preschool scholarships at the Weston County Children’s Center in Upton for the upcoming 2016-17 school year.

The board feels that helping children build a good foundation for learning is an important part of their academic success and providing these scholarships will go a long way to make that happen.

Beyond academics and career development, WCSD #7 offers many extra-curricular activities for students. Residents cheered on the Girls Basketball Team to their first state championship in 2023, Boys Basketball Team and the Girls Golf Team to back-to-back state championships in 2021 and 2022.
